This was an amazing journey for our foundation to provide over 150 kids with an arts immersion experience. During the two weeks of camp our campers explored: dance, acting, media arts, stepping, painting, field trips and much more. We ended it with a pizza party and talent showcase with 10 amazing performers. All of the kids were amazing and we are so proud of each one of you. Thanks to the parents for trusting us with your kids and thanks to all of the sponsors and instructors who helped make this happen.

We thank you for your partnership and amazing staff! We can’t wait to do it all again next year.

But what about the family that shops together for back-to-school gear?

Reality TV star Kandi Burruss is very family oriented. Burruss has always kept her family close, which consists of her mom, daughter Riley, Aunt Bertha and “The Old Lady Gang.” Burruss expand her family by marrying Todd Tucker and welcoming baby Ace Tucker into the world, and she continues to keep her family first,

So it wasn’t surprising that Macy’s collaborated with Burruss’ foundation, Kandi Cares, for a back-to-school event. Dozens of families came out to take pictures with Burruss and soak up the love she, her husband Todd, baby Ace and Riley had to share; as her entire family was there participating in the back-to-school drive with Kandi Cares and Macy’s.

Macy’s has great deals for the entire family. From men’s and women’s clothing to a fantastic children’s and junior department, and even an excellent home furnishing and home goods section, Macy’s has something for the entire family.

Burruss brought out her team: the lovely host-/entertainer QT Jazz;, and her two singing groups, LOUD and Glamour. It was a wonderful Saturday afternoon of entertainment and family fun.
